- State roster. SB 326: licensed structural or civil engineer or architect. SB 721: architect, civil/structural engineer, specified contractor, or certified building inspector. Not a current City of Los Angeles employee.
- Where the report goes
- Immediate-threat SB 326 reports: inspector provides a copy to the association immediately and to LADBS Code Enforcement Bureau within 15 days. Before submitting, report the violation through the LADBS Report a Violation portal. Apartment E3 complaints: LAHD at 866-557-7368.
- Filing destination
- LADBS Code Enforcement Bureau via the Report a Violation web portal, then the written inspection report as directed by IB-P/BC 2017-144.
