What you are buying

The $29 compliance kit and $79 buyer packet are separate one-time digital template purchases. They include the files described on their product pages. They are not inspections, certifications, legal representation, or engineering services. No subscription, filing, or message sending is included. Review samples before purchase.

Access and delivery

Access is granted only after Stripe confirms a completed payment for the correct product. Delayed payment methods may require additional time. Your private access email lets you restore the purchase on another browser; save that email or a backup access link. Property drafts are stored only in the browser where you enter them, and must be entered again elsewhere. Protect your access link as you would a password.

Review before relying on a document

Payment or delivery problems

If you were charged incorrectly or cannot access the purchased files, contact the merchant through the support details on your Stripe receipt. Keep the receipt and describe the issue. Do not pay again to fix an access problem. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
