Property drafts and document generation

Names, contact details, property information, and draft contractor details are stored in your browser. When you generate a purchased document, the property fields and counts are sent to our server to create the files, then returned to you. We do not save those fields in an application database or send them to analytics. Clear site data to remove browser drafts. Downloads remain on your device until you delete them.

Payments and access

Stripe processes payments and holds the checkout and billing records. We do not receive full card details. A private access code lets our server verify your purchase with Stripe. Access is stored in a secure, HTTP-only cookie for up to one year. Resend delivers your access email and processes the recipient email address and private access link. Keep the link confidential. Refunds and disputed payments can remove access.

Optional measurement

Analytics is off until you allow it. If enabled, PostHog receives allowlisted page categories and actions such as calculator use and checkout clicks, linked by a random identifier lasting for the browser session. We do not send form text, property addresses, emails, access codes, full URLs, or recordings. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control prevent this optional tracking. Hosting and email providers may retain operational records such as request metadata and delivery status.

Questions and requests

For purchase support or privacy requests, use the merchant contact on your Stripe receipt. Stripe and Resend retain their service records under their own policies. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in your drafts.
